Introduction
The Department of Fitness and Wellness is dedicated to enhancing the students' and the community's educational experience through various movement activities and academic cultivation. We aim to energize, educate, and foster lifetime wellness values to students of all cultures and diversities. Our goal is to nurture and prepare all students planning to pursue a professional career in the field of fitness and wellness. Thus, enabling the students' skills to become contributing community members and an asset to the fitness and wellness fields.
We offer certificates and two-year degrees to prepare you for the workforce in the following areas: Recreation Management, Yoga Instruction, Dance Technology, Strength, Personal Training, and Nutrition. In addition, numerous activity classes are offered to increase physical fitness and learn new skills. Our Fitness and Wellness Center provides the backdrop for quality instruction and interaction with our faculty.

Our state-of-the-art facilities and small classes provide an environment that meets students' needs. We hope that you will take part in our classes and/or programs and learn or improve on your skills and fitness level in the activity courses and increase your knowledge in the lecture classes, as well.
