This award has been submitted to the Department of Education and is pending approval of Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management is designed to provide students with discipline specific knowledge in management and workforce-ready skills including critical thinking and problem solving, communication skills, technology skills, an understanding of legal and ethical considerations in business, teamwork, and leadership. Coursework includes business analytics, finance, strategic planning, project management, human resources management, organizational management, change management, and other business curriculum. Students will be prepared to pursue a variety of occupations within the field of business, including general and operations managers, sales managers, management analysts, and business operations specialists.

Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
- Synthesize knowledge of the principles and practices of management for use in the business environment.
- Evaluate business information and its impact on an organization to support evidence-based decisions.
- Compose effective oral, written, and visual business communications.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using appropriate software and technology.
- Analyze ethical, legal, and other issues in business.
- Develop business solutions as part of a team across a variety of work settings.
- Demonstrate leadership skills through collaboration and active participation in the business environment.
- Apply skills, knowledge, and habits of mind necessary to succeed in business.
