Pacific Standard Time (same as Arizona)

• Log into the greenroom starting at 3:30 pm
• Challenge 4 - 6 pm (sharp)
• Upload grace period 6 - 6:15 pm
• Screening 6:30 pm (approx. 15 minutes)

Central Standard Time (Chicago Time)

• Log into the greenroom starting at 5:30 pm
• Challenge 6 - 8 pm (sharp)
• Upload grace period 8 - 8:15 pm
• Screening 8:30 pm (approx. 15 minutes)

Eastern Standard Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 6:30 pm
• Challenge 7 - 9 pm (sharp)
• Upload grace period 9 - 9:15 pm
• Screening 9:30 pm (approx. 15 minutes)

Greenwich Mean Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 10:30 pm
• Challenge 11 pm - 1 am (sharp)
• Upload grace period 1 - 1:15 am
• Screening 1:30 am (approx. 15 minutes)

Moscow Standard Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 1:30 am
• Challenge 2 - 4 am (sharp)
• Upload grace period 4 - 4:15 am

• Log into the greenroom starting at 7:30 am
• Challenge 8 - 10 am (sharp)

Australian Eastern Daylight Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 9:30 am
• Challenge 10 am - 12 pm (sharp)
• Upload grace period 12 - 12:15 pm
• Screening 12:30 pm (approx. 15 minutes)

Central Africa Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 12:30 am
• Challenge 1 - 3 am (sharp)
• Upload grace period 3 - 3:15 am
• Screening 3:30 am (approx. 15 minutes)

India Standard Time

• Log into the greenroom starting at 4 am
• Challenge 4:30 - 6:30 am (sharp)
• Upload grace period 6:30 - 6:45 am
• Screening 7 am (approx. 15 minutes)

Before the Challenge:

Teams should have one prior touch-base meeting by Tuesday, April 2

• Determine and test how team will share footage during the Challenge
  • Google Drive (free to SCC students), Dropbox, or other
• Share info re: each others’ skills & resources
  • Each team will have a designated editor unless all are capable

During the Challenge:

• Teams may be all in-person, all online or a mixed (hybrid) team.
• Team captains may participate like any other team member
• All team members may write, act, record video and/or edit

After the Challenge:

• By 6:01 pm (MST), each team needs to have taken a screenshot of their film’s upload progress screen and posted to the GreenRoom
• Films should be uploaded here

Get on a Team!

• Any member of the public may participate on a team for the Two-Hour Film Challenge, no experience necessary
• Must register and sign release and media forms
• Email your completed forms to danielle.stallings@scottsdalecc.edu

Or, Attend the Watch Party!

• All members of the public, including friends and family, may join the Watch Party to watch the film challenge live from the Green Room starting at 3:30 pm (MST) and help with judging
